Anyone read their proxy materials?

Big fan of all things Newfoundland, and the stares gang. BUT, increasing the stock options to 20% from 10% is just so ill advised (I just don’t want to say greedy). I have to vote my shares against everything on the proxy. I can’t support a board that would gift 20% of my company to themselves and management. And most likely, the board has a giant pile ready to be dumptrucked off "subject to shareholder approval". Stephen, you need better advisors, or you need to go to church.
