It's remarkable what we can learn by examining a gold nugget.

The analysis reveals that the Ditton placers consist of 90% gold and 10% silver, with some of the gold encapsulated in pyrite, likely originating from two distinct types of bedrock.

This data further strengthens the possibility that we have a significant placer gold deposit and encourages us to continue searching for the source of these placers, potentially leading to future discoveries of bedrock lode gold.
