Could we be bigger than big?

we've got the "blobs" .  The drill will tell the tale. 

The question I ask myself is, why haven't other majors jumped at scooping up the millions of shares that are being offered on the market with our neighhbor? I see no evidence that they are and perhaps they are waiting to see what our Horse has to show.
