VANCOUVER, British Columbia, March 04, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BIGG Digital Assets Inc. ("BIGG" or the "Company") (CSE: BIGG; OTCQX: BBKCF; WKN: A2PS9W), owner of Netcoins, Blockchain Intelligence Group, and TerraZero is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with A.G.P. Canada Investments ULC (“A.G.P. Canada”), who have agreed to sell, on a commercially reasonable efforts private placement basis, up to a maximum of 20,833,333 units of the Company (“Units”) at a price of C$0.24 per Unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of up to C$5,000,000 (the “Offering”). Each Unit will be comprised of one common share in the authorized share structure of the Company (a “Share”) plus one Share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one Share at an exercise price of C$0.30 for 60 months following the completion of the Offering.

After a big week BTCW has also put out a financing today at 17.5 cents for a share and a half a warrant. Lots to buy but no cash available - damn. Good luck to all that have the means!

Just to let the BIGG audience know...... BIGG is now down over 30% since somebody asked the question about the Financing (which has disappeared for some reason) Still no position....Cheers !

Was it Warren Buffett that said to buy when everyone else is selling? Being that the financing has not closed yet I picked up a few more. What will it look like after they announce the close -- and if crypto does nut dump?

Well they closed the financing and it just happened to be a down day for crypto's. Slight loss, no gain.

At least, now, we know why the share price kept languishing even with bitcoin rising from 20K to 66K... Preserving shareholders value ... sure! Why let the SP rise to 60-80 cents in line with the cryptos and do financing at, let's say, 50 cents when you can make friends happier at 24 cents + free warrants? Suckers at their best!

If placed in good hands once the financing closes I would imagine the stock will start to move.  It's a good buy right now as it's not far off the insiders price.
