section 24 . By ridding BKM  of section 17 order i can t see how they can invoke 24 saying they have to extend or get new data ... as that  is basically where we were.

What time did you speak to John? ...  Was it before or after the Market closed? I called a few times, starting a few couple of minutes after the market closed, and there was no answer. I just checked the EPIC site after 5pm PST and there were no notices posted today. It looks like we have to wait until just before the market opens tomorrow at 6:30am. My guess is that trading will be halted

Salmon talked to john around 2;00, he told me he hadn't heard from ministry, and that BKM wouldn't be given a PR today, As you know if you have talked to john how that goes sometimes, i have talked with other stock holders and some don't like John's tone sometimes, John can be ruff but hard to talk to sometimes. anyone who has called probably will tell you the same. Why would it be halted?

It would be halted so that shareholders would be given a fair chance to hear the news, as either way, the decision will greatly impact share price.

OK, thanks Salmon. So that would help the shareholders in case they weren't able to hear the news for when it was released? Help them make a decision on what they may want to do next? That makes sense and is understandable.  Let's hope we get a decision that makes us wonder on how much tax we will have to pay...lol
