Ok let's put a lawyer (Ralston) and a former Executive Director for the Sierra Club( Heyman) and see what we come up with. Wise move NDP no wonder this province is suffering. With these two as the primary decision makers no wonder we have a negative outcome. Now I have dealt with this government relating to the environment/First Nations and its painful. But I read their letter and there is hope.! Did you catch the last paragraph "As PBM has not submitted additional...." What!!! Wait a minute!! Somebody screwed up!! They were waiting for additional info.. So we did not get it to them , this just gave them a good excuse to further delay this mine. I say delay not reject.!!

I don't think Ralston and Heyman had any choice, They Government let FNs in bed with them and FNs made the decision,  At some time, someone in BKM pissed the LBN off and this is the out come come that. John you had better get a hold of The Canadian Press and straighten them and there story out, everyone reading it will think for sure they have a true story on what happened.  Ralston
