Insider Selling....110000 shares..............

on Feb 18 at .71 cents...by Birchard and Thomas...alot of insider selling in energy stocks lately and retail investors buying...BNN spot from the guy from Canadian Insider reports....not a good signal to buy when insiders are selling especially when the technicals are looking negative..support at .55 is next and then .50 if it does not hold...good luck...BB28

It's option time...LOTS of insiders... across the sector will be selling...

Still...insider selling is not a good thing....if they believe the stock has legs and will run they will hold on...long term thinking but they decided to peal some shares off...indicating that they think the stock will pull back which is has and will test the technical lows...

Options are "BONUS" cash... and are exercised at the discretion of ALL employees... it says NOTHING about a company's performance or percieved performance. simply that an employee is going on an all inclusive...or fixing up the homestead...THERE ARE far more telling tea leaves out there than someone exercising options... and given the market pullbacks...I would hazard to guess that ...more
