Puzzling why there is selling at around .60

why would larger lots be going at this price of .60 when the NAV is worth around .80 and even more puzzling is why insiders Birchard and Thomas sold 50000 and 60000 shares at .71 cents back on Feb 18th...does not make sense to me why management would sell below the asset value of 80 cents...I am sure they have cash around and would not need to sell shares to get money to go on winter vacation..seems this company is not getting any respect...BB28
