Last AGM meeting held??

Anyone know when the last AGM was held? I went back two years in Sedar and have failed to find any notices of meeting or Management Information Circulars or Proxy forms. Any help would be appreciated before I dig deeper. Gracias. Grinnnn.

Next AGM prior to January 31,2025 Company is still looking for a deal.... time is money.....it is disconcerting for the long gracias grinnnnn... last trade $0.005 the company will need shareholders approval for further action....just too funny !!!! uptdate just out !!!! but it is hot air !!! that's it that's all nothing just some hopes ...more
