The Temas/ORF Technologies LOI was signed on January 27 and closed today (2.5 months).

The Temas/EV LOI was signed on December 17 and closed ?????? (4 months and counting).

Is EV management reluctant to give up control (and eventually salaries)?

According to management, Temas approached EV about forming a partnership.  You would think that Temas performed a serious amount of DD before approaching EV.  There is enough technical information in the public domain to know with a high degree of certainty that Piskanja is a world class deposit. IMO, one of the two parties has developed cold feet.

I would be very surprised to learn that EV's management are reluctant to eventually give up control.  After all, they are significant shareholders. The due diligence process that Temas has undergone with EV would extend well beyond evaluating the property.  For a period of time, Temas would be entering into a business arrangement with EV.  The property speaks for itself
