$5 sh for erin, how? please answer.

how do we use this $5/sh vs the reality of actual production, costs & splitting the profits vs shares outstanding & warrants being exerscised?
i am completely baffled by this claim.
can posters use real numbers or defend this "pie in the sky scenario"?
is it just me?
am i just stupid/ignorant?
then show me the way, please.
p.s. - put the complete realistic math out to us.
i ask nothing more. it that asking too much?

Liveit, you can take the information that is in the marketplace and probably create several different scenarios for pricing. Some of it will deal with cold hard numbers and some will be projections and some will be "what if's". I clearly said that with all that is expected..... These are MY thoughts and are based on MY opinions on what I believe will get accomplished. That's all ...more

Cancap you don't have to answer to this clown. If he's not happy sell. that simple.

Lanagold, You don't need to agree with any posters but why do you think you hold the thruth here,.  You post every 3 or 4 posts yet you're rated a "50" after what 2000 posts ?!? Doesn't that tell you something ? I've heard the things you have to say a thousand times about anyone that doesn't agree with you. STFU or provide some coherent rebuke, you don't own ...more

You don't like it here get lost. Is that asking too much fool.

I too would love to see the math.  Why $5.00 and not $6.00 or even $16.00? I don't know enough to properly value this company.  What I have read is $100 million+ in annual revenue with estimated profits of $67 million.  Is that CAD or USD? Also, the life span of the mine is to be more than 2 decades.  How's that play a factor in the valuation?  Does the SP go up ...more

If I understand correctly, the best way to do a valuation is with a Discounted Cash Flow Model.  Considering we still do not have any Measured Reserves it is all fun speculation, but that maybe all change very soon.  I believe the Cash Flow information has been provided in one of Erin's documents, but the backbone of it dictates $69M/year profit, and a tax holiday for the first 5 ...more

I like your reasoning Myrty1, it aligns with my earlier projected stock price of $58/share based on the current estimated reserves and the Boron price, spread across 20 years of the mining life $58/20 years = $2.90/ share.
Comment by Myrty1 on Apr 19, 2021 8:08am
I would expect the Elaborate should give us a nice update on valuation. I think Tim said it's like a PEA document I think?  And then a Feasibility Study in a year if both parties mean business. If they have financing in their pocket they could be mining in 4 years,no??  Maybe quicker than that?? If we see a deal, the game is just starting. We've all just been hanging around in ...more

IMO, it would have been the "Geological Elaborate" recently completed document that would have convinced Temas that they were partnering with Erin. Yes, Temas completed their own dd process, however the Geological Elaborate, with the certification of the Resource or Reserves, and the Preliminary Economic Assessment of the Piskanja deposit would have been the convincing pieces of info ...more

Always a beacon of positivity.  Love your posts, I'd be more than happy with a 5 or 11 dollar share price.  Time will tell. Speculative or not, it doesn't change the fact we do have a "Tier 1" deposit; let's hope the market can catch up. I'd also be okay with an announcement stating "The deal with Temas is off.  We have been awarded Paborje (or ...more

Iamlickzy, Over the years I have come to the conclusion the Ministry would not award Porbrdje to Erin until the "receivership issues" with the Ibar Mines coal property was legally completed, as Pobrdje was on that property. As well, once Erin had a Partner with $ then the Ministry would pursue granting Pobrdje to us. I think we are just about there now. I expect the Pobrdje boron ...more

BB.. Two things here. 1.. I think the cost to build the plant will come in far less than what was first talked about in the PEA. 2. I think our partner will not wait for the plant to be built. I think they will sell raw product crushed at what I think I heard someone here say about 550.00 per mt. I would think our cost to mine will be very low. Nothing wrong with that.. You have cash pretty quick. ...more

I am happy as shareprice marches up at 5 cents per week....  I expect some explosions along the way which will increase share price from time to time bur 5 cents a week would be just fine

Lana, thanks for the update. I heard a few years back the PEA CAPEX was reduced from $84.6M-US to 65M-US to build the mine, one heck of a savings. As well, as per the PEA 80% of the borates at Piskanja will to be mined as colemanite, and 20% as boric acid. Considering the low labour costs to mine boron as colemanite, all we have to do is size it, wash it, package it, market it and sell it ...more

BB.. I think we can peel another 10-15M off that 65 number. JMO here but i don't think we would even have a hundred dollar expense to do as you say and the rest goes to the good guys...

thanks to all who posted facts with opinions, (of course). it's all good. a general consensus seems to overwhelm the $5/sh price through the proccess. i'd love $5 but it just doesn't seem realistic at this point in time. maybe in the future. i just think all should have "realistic" expectations without hyperbole tossed in. jmo, p.s you $5/sh afficianados correct me if i'm ...more

Okay, Point, $5-7 is a possibility, because the stock price reflects future value + a premium for a future sale to another comapny that we mentined. Case - Full potential of the reserves unknown but very promising. Argument - Why poop on the parade by creating doubt? when all other shareholders are enthused and are very close to  ripping the benefit of their continuous commitment after ...more

Nicely said critical.  While I feel your valuation may be a bit low, the $5 share price in the next few years is reasonable, possibly sooner. if anyone was expecting a $5 SP upon news release, think again (I'm not suggesting you were implying that).  I don't know that anyone has ever made that assertsriom, just that $5+ is a possibility sooner than later. critical mind asks "are you long"? i think it's rather personal but to satisfy your curiosity(whatever) yes, my wife loves it. still no facts. any other personal ? instead of facts.
