some clarification from Tim Daniels on some questions

with Tim's permission, i post his exact words...

First, our news release was approved by both TSXV and IIROC prior to it's release. Their vetting was to ensure the news fully and correctly described the salient details of the Temas transaction.

Second, the package that will be emailed out to shareholders to solicit their vote MUST include the Agreement, in its entirety, the Fairness Opinion of the Agreement, and a shareholder consent form.

Third, for any shareholders who don't receive an email version of the package (as we certainly don't have a complete list of all shareholders) can go on to our filings at SEDAR.com where they will find the Agreement in its entirety posted.

Thanks for bringing up the term PP.  Maybe that's why Lanagold is so distant and upset these days?  With the steady cash injections from Temas by virtue of the deal, he won't be able to line his pockets with shares/cash selling Private Placements anymore? Hmmm.... might be on to something there.

Hey Lanagrump... why don't you try defending your investment on this board versus souring the mood.  As much as I like a good drama from time-to-time, there's no need to behave so sorely.  All you're doing is pushing people away from a real conversation about the stock - most of the time this is needed lately.
