Another Possible Reason for Submission Delay
SRK performed the necessary work to complete the FS and any auxilliary documents and requested payment for such work. BONE anticipated that Osmose would partner up and provide the funds for SRK. Osmose funding did not materialize. BONE raising money through early warrant redemption to pay SRK.

The FS was completed in September 2023, BONE was getting to be a serious past due account ofr SRK if that was the case. Regardless, BONE must have had the FS in hand since then. Nothing would have stopped them from pass it on to the ministry. The NR did say that the FS was completed not that BONE had it in hand...so who knows.
