Of all the documents needed to submit the Part 2 documents, only one is dependant on the diligence of Serbian authorities, namely: - the act of the Ministry in charge for sanitary protection of water supply sources, confirming that the applicant did an appropriate project study on the sanitary protection zones of groundwater reservoirs.
