Bidding war?

So, for those of you who haven't been paying attention, Denali is floundering at $33 with their less than favorable data. Their sp is a far cry from their high of $90, but it's also ridiculously higher than bioasis’ $0.25 sp.

So, who is going to be the major player that is going to get drugs into the brain? Obviously, my bet is bioasis and Xb3.

So, do you all think that only one pharma will make a bid for bioasis when the time comes? My opinion has always been that if Xb3 works, there would likely be multiple competing offers. It’s simply too valuable.

So?

So? So bring it on! I would sell my 200k+ In a heartbeat! Your guess what I would take!

Ya just gotta laugh sometimes. What will a successful Bioasis look like when you consider that Denali is floundering at US $33.00? Bioasis will get something done in the weeks and months ahead. When it does, Bioasis will move towards the floundering Denali. No question. Doesn't make any difference what some of the lesser lights on here think. I'm with chrispi and Sniper007. jd

Good  old JD! Of course you are missing a very important point! You may think it but those laying down the BIG dollars are asking " does it work?" Will you offer a money back guarantee? Didn't think so! Go set in the corner with chrispi and sniper! lol

beenthere, I have studied RMT, xB3, and the diseases that xB3-drugs might treat. A number of companies have made public deals with Bioasis. I have studied it all sufficiently to have confidence in what I write. Chiesi, Aposense, Oxyrane, Daiichi Sankyo and others implicitly confirm what I write. I speak the truth as I have studied and understand it. You claim that Bioasis will not succeed. There ...more

Well well some things never change in this world!! JD, you can read but you can never comprehend what you read! Never said  anything about lying! Never said BTI will not succeed! For once back up what you write! Show us where I said those 2 things! Then just shut your face! And since you are so so smart why dont you go advocate on BTI's behalf to those companies you  talk about? ...more

You may think it but those laying down the BIG dollars are asking " does it work?" You mean in addition to every test & study that has been done so far and always worked with flying colours? Then YES as you'll see in the two additional studies coming to a press release near you soon and oh yeah, the testing being done in those 3 MTAs the company has announced.

Chrispi, if DNLI even thought that BTI could advance their programs than we would be them! We are pocket change to them!  They could even take a "flyer"  in hopes it works! And they wouldn't even notice the loss if it didn't work out! That's seems to be a regular issue here! Keep it real and you guys are just so off base! You make zero sense! You (BTI ...more

Lol. You have no idea what you're talking about, beenthere. Denali started as a private company with venture capital backing, with the backing of major investment banks for its IPO, with hundreds of millions of dollars, and with over 100 employees. They had (and have) a leader, Dr. Ryan Watts, who ran Roche's Brain Shuttle program. Between all the players, they promoted the inferior F-Star ...more

Here we go again.  Lying sumbag shill talking about all the inside information he knows and wish he could tell except now he has an NDA that restricts that.  Tough luck for the shareholders! Firing the lying shill was perhaps the smartest thing Rathjen ever did.  Unless that was all an attention seeking lie as well.  This is too much of a clown show - I think there are some ...more

Read your latest post again, Aarcor, and then we'll discuss mental issues. About non-disclosure agreements, I have two of them with Bioasis, one for my first contract and the other for the latest contract signed in February, 2019, before the CEO position defaulted to DrDR. Both NDA's remain in force. You can take it to the bank that I know stuff that others don't know. I wrote an ...more

Let me explain it all, lovingold.   I have always had a green light to write anything I wanted about Bioasis with the exception of specific knowledge that was/is covered by my NDAs. There is a difference between writing for a company and writing about a company. I wrote press releases and other public material for Bioasis from August 2014 until the fall of 2017. Catherine (London) Day ...more

Yes, it would be nice for Biosis to be "floundering" around US $33! If Xb3 works for one indication, it increases the value of all other pipeline programs, and thus, the overall sp.  The market has shown us (Denali) a glimpse into what the value of getting drugs into the brain can be worth. Think of what a successful human trial might be worth?  I wonder what value the ...more
