fruit just does not understand accounting or investing

Readers, it is so clear by Fruits post he just does not know much about investing or accounting. The number he speaks of is the depreciated value that remains on the books ..not the intrinsic value of the asset. The infrastructure of Bachelor is all of 200 million. After all all you need to do is see what the OSK mill and infrastructure is going to cost ..that is ..over a BILLION DOLLARS ..so Fruit is trying to tell us that the gold bars are worth more coming from a new mill over an old mill ? ..hummm ? ..reminds me of the old question that used to trick the Fruits of the world ..that is ..what weighs more ? a pound of gold or a pound of feathers ..? .. or I guess Fruit could say What weighs more a pound of gold or the 7 fish I caught in the creek the other day, that weighs a pound. Readers, you know...hahaha ...good grief ..this deal is geting done and its gunna be a monster ..

SIdbet, The financials tell the real story...not your made up numbers. So your saying based on your $400 million sale price that Osisko is going to pay $2.96/share.....a 900% premium over todays current share price for a property that has never been mined for a profit.  Seriously, where do you come up with these crazy ideas. Or is that the share price to get your investment here back to ...more

Fruit, you do not understand investing or the stock market. Its the secondary market and the players play with numbers that are created after the IPO and PP money is gone !!  What remains is subjective value. For instance a drug company with many patents and no income can be worth a fortune based on what "could be" or "should be" value in the future. So why do you think ...more

Sidebet, You've been hyping both Metanor and Bonterra since before the merger when it was valued at $3.60/share. Now the share price is .33 cents and I don't understand the market and investing. SInce the merger, Bonterra has closed down both Moroy and Bachelor Lake (which still contain gold) and have temporarly put on hold the Barry open pit because costs had increased and they could find ...more

"So why do you think Buffet knows bitcoin is a zero play?"  Know what else the great one thinks is a zero play, gold. So what's your point? Or didn't you have one again. T

Fruit, you may have nailed it. Stupid One has a cost basis of $2.96. I'm sticking to my 25-45% premium. They have a broken down, unpermitted mill with 700,000 ounces of gold that they can't get out of the ground profitably. Add in the fact the bankers are saying no to any PPs in the future and my premium may be optimistic. The fact sidebet needed to post 20 times tells me he thinks he' ...more
