OK Stupid, exactly when is this impending merger/buyout going to occur? Does impending mean 10 days, 30 days, 60 days 6 months what? I've been hearing merger for years. Now all of a sudden it's impending. SO when exactly is it?

Fruit, I've pointed out to sidebet a number of times the timing of management doing something and his prediction of a buyout/merger. Unless Canada has no insider buy rules, there won't be anything happening for a while. Giving yourself options just before a buyout or merger would cause red flags in America.
