sidebet, GF money commitement is a comon thing...you don't give a 50% stake without having money up front ...this has nothing to do with Bontera ...the only piece Bontera gets in this deal if any is toll milling fees ...i believe it's a good deal for shareholders as you aren't getting diluted ...but in reality you are giving gold up ..so you can't have it both ways lol..glta
