Sidebet, If I were you I would look at the pay and bonuses of the directors you are approving. MAP makes $450,000 a year and Mr. Gonzalas also make a pretty penny... Plus all the directors got raises in 2022 over 2021....and for what?  closing everything down. If MAP leaves he is guarannteed one year of his salary +.  They are fleecing the shareholders and your going to vote for it. You

Fruit just a rough guess but their cash position will not be good!  They had a sizeable payable last quarter so cash will be low!  Hate to say it but they will need to do something which might include a sizeable financing at this low share price!

giveme, Shrholders were told when MAP took over that he planned to turn this company around. However it would take some time. Since the mill and every deposit they were working on has stopped. Here's a list. Bachelor Lake mill and tailings expansion - 2400 TPD mill expansion has been completely scrapped. The change to 1800 TPD looks like it required answers to more question by the regulating
