but fruits is as negatively wrong as sidebet is positively wrong.
BTR has strong financial backing, so OSK, or others, can never pick it up for pennies.
Inflation makes mill/tailings pond more valuable, and, imo, was not primary reason for not going ahead with project. There was a real labour shortage in the area, and diesel was way high......diesel now much lower, can't speak to labour. 
But, also think, benefit of project looked less interesting, almost a distraction from bigger things.....thus really another change in company direction, thinking.
Permits for mill/tailings expansion coming, hopefully, this year..
Electricity coming to Barry deposits...and Gladiator.
Rent coming in from Electricity contractors renting camp.
Several million $$, minimum, will be realized from mill cleaning
OSK right next door.

Tannin, tailings ponds do not make a company move valuable. They contain hazardous chemicals that are used in the processing of ore. They are a necessity of mining but they are a huge liability. See attached link.  https://www.bbc.com/news/business-55924743 I've been involved in 2 tailings pond remediation projects over my career. One is still ongoing and still has another 5-10 years

Tannin, one final comment. If BTR is cleaning out the mill looking for revenue 4 years after it has stopped running and they are renting out mill land to an electrical contractor to run power to a competitors mill they do not have strong finacial backing. Electricity is not going to Barry and Gladiator either..... it is going to Windfall. Someone is going to have to get it to Barry and Gladiator.
