BURIN GOLD ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF DAVID CLARK AS DIRECTOR AND CEO
David Clark has provided notice of his resignation as chief executive officer and director of Burin Gold Corp. It is expected that Mr. Clark's resignation will be effective on or around Nov. 2, 2022. The Burin Gold board will immediately undertake a search for a new chief executive officer.
Phillip Walford, chairman of the Burin Gold board, said: "On behalf of the board we thank Dave for his service and many accomplishments during his tenure as chief executive officer, including taking the company public and completing the listing of the company's shares on the TSX Venture Exchange in 2021. We will always be grateful for his leadership at a critical juncture in the company's history. We wish Dave the very best in his future endeavours."
