Concerned shareholder

Has anyone bothered reading the information circular for the upcoming AGM? if you look closely in the financials and the related transactions sections, you will see that Lawrence Page and his related companies were paid close to a million bucks and another director and his related company were paid around $800,000. Someone tell me how a junior exploration company can justify paying this much money. When most executives were pulling back on salaries etc. these guys were grabbing as much as they can. I am going to send a letter to the exchange and find out if this is acceptable.

I absolutely agree.  That's why I put this statement at the end of my comment, "That is speculation however, since I will have to read the propsectus again.  However, myself and I'm sure other shareholders would appreciate if you did follow through on your statement." Effectively you have the benefit of fulltime legal counsel on the board.  Whatever price you ...more

This is about in line with what I have seen in the past for all 3 categories as far as valuation:LONDON, January 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Edison Investment Research has re-run its analysis to determine differentiated values for 'measured', 'indicated' and 'inferred' resource ounces to include the Canadian, Australian and South African markets as well as the London one. In doing ...more
