Ex CFO Selling
It's fairly common to sell off shares in a company when you are given the boot. Plus you have to live on something don't you? That alone is not a good indication of anything in my opinion. Kind of like anyone saying Anonymous is selling get out...I'm a broker and I can put any trade that I like as "Anonymous" it doesn't mean anything at all in many cases.

From the press release it looks like they just demoted, but didn't boot him. So, unless you know more, I'd guess he still has his fat(?) salary.

Why is it that you failed to state that the insider also exercised 500K options @20 cents at the time of his sale transaction....

He could have sold 200K shares @ 50 cents and covered his exercise price. That would have been justified and not gotten any comment from me.
