I would guess something is up - not sure what but there is no passive trading  or passive liquidity which makes me think there are restrictions on the stock. Could be a financing. Could be a deal. Could be nothing?

403 don'tbe too hard on the paperboy...he scares easily and runs for help when getting thrashed. He is stuck deep here and it looks wonderful on him. Legacy spending 3 million is chicken feed for them...better to find out what's there and then decide whether to bail or not....better than the 8 million a well it cost for the first two, I believe (not sure on second)....Hey paperboy.....don& ...more
