We'll be lucky to see a purchase price anywhere north of 30 cts IMO. If there was anything substantial in the past well the company would have released results to fetch a much higher price.  

Even though it’s said to be a land deal, the land isn’t worth squat if there’s no "gold"...

That being said, with the outstanding share amount, I'm thinking low 20's for that matter.

A buyout of 0.30 wouldn't be the end of the world, depending on the package. If we were the recap of TORC I'd take far less now, like anything because the upside would be good. It's highly doubful we will get an all cash deal unless it was Shell. Ya if the results were tremendous wouldn't they have to release them as material news? At some point they will have to release Q4 and ...more
