 I would expect that there will be a consolidation post "deal" ... and in this environment... I would be hesitant to buy until sometime in Sept.... all IMHO... do your own DD... as a side bar... i would expect that LEG will be an acquisitiion target once the ink on the pending transaction is complete. all speculation....and IMHO
