Warrants

Hey,

Has anyone gotten their warrant package yet? I'm not sure if i haven't gotten mine yet or if I lost it or something dumb. Also did anyone listen to the conference call? I was busy that day and when i contacted Legacy and CNW to get a copy or access to listen they said it wasn't going to be available for listening, which was annoying.

Thanks

Do you mean a rights package? not warrants. I got it but I don't really understand it. By the way has the consolidation completed already? Are the rights based on what we used to own or what we own after the consolidation?

Ya I did mean rights package sorry. Mine have shown up in my RBC account but I have no clue how to use them. The consolidation will occur along with the name change directly after the 17th when the rights offering closes. Why would you use the rights, when you can buy the stock in the open market for 5 cents a share (i.e. the.same as with the rights price)? It's further dilution if you exercise the rights.

Good point. Haha. I was just curious about using it if it meant I didn't have to pay comission. I'm quite leary about putting any more money into this without having a clue what they plan to do. Also into the face of a consolidation so I think I will wait.
