Rights offering

Any recommendations for a rookie investor who has Bwd stock?  Is anyone buying more stock for the
.05?  Benefit?  Risk?  Pointless (it's at 0.05 on the market anyway).  I'm still unsure how I'm coming out of this financially at 20-1 ratio to LEG.  Comments appreciated on that too.  Thanks group.

It appears that if you have 5000 shares you get 5000 rights. If you then exercise your rights on a 10 for 1 basis plus 5 cents you get another 500 shares for a cost of $25. This gives you 5500 shares. The consolidation on a 1 for 20 basis will leave you with 275 shares instead of the 250 you would have had if you did not do the rights. i.e. 25 extra shares for $25 or $1 a share.   The ...more

Thanks.  this will just dilute them.  Seems just a way for them to try to raise more capital before sale close.  best to get this deal over with and hope to watch LEG go up.  Best to just sit on them I guess what I got and either sell, or hold on if LEG goes up.  What are most folks thinking about on this?

hakkimman, if i were you id be very careful with bwd paper. very unpredictable paper indeed. but for it to get to 6 cents it seems to be taking a will that is stronger than the universe its self. jd the prof
