MTB and CAJ update

The mining shares have been following the momentum of the broader market which is a measure of the economic trend. DJIA attempted twice to break the 13,000 level made in 2011 but failed due to the EU crisis as investors worry that the failure in the formation of a coalition government and Greece's possible exit from the Eurozone may has negative impact on the global economy. While U.S.'s economic growth is picking up steam job creation picture is not yet rosy. The big sell off in the Resources Sector have sent nearly 100% of the junior mining stocks to rock bottom prices between 1 cent and 5 cents. MTB and CAJ are not immuned to such sell off but with strong fundamental of resources discovery, such sell off offers an opportunity to accumulate cheap shares. The U.S. Federal Reserves will implement further measure to stimulate the economy and with the coalition government formed in Greece, the broader market is in a strong rally. We may see share price spiking in the Resources Sector in second half of 2012. The refining of the ores from CAJ's Clone property to obtain working capital proves that the Clone property does has minable reserves but lack of news release puzzles investors and kept them in the dark and prompted impatient shareholders to sell. High grade gold-copper mineralization with visible gold are found in the 300 Km radius from the Town of Stewart covering Imperial Metals's Red Chris property, Mountain Boy's properties and CAJ's properties.
Imperial Metals bought out all the outstanding shares from its joint venture partner American Bullion Minerals (AMP.V) for $2 per shares.
