Well we're now in Hecla's hands. Actually their share price is going up today. Just don't have a lot of shares left.
Will Atac put out one more news report stating the new scenario is now in existence? What about the spin off company - where is it?

ATAC didn't have to instruct for a trading halt due to pending news release. The exchanges will automatically cut off trading on a specified date once the official share exchange occurs.
