2021 Financials are released

A quick review shows, with inclusion of the Kub East assets finalized in early 2022, that we have $8.1 million US in cash  which converts to $10,3 million CAD .

Plus $9.9 million US in Reserves which converts to $12.5 million CAD for a total net asset value of $22.8 million in CAD.

That is about 7 cents per share , right in the middle of the 6 cents to 8 cents range estimated in posts here.

We shall see when Q1 reports, but we had $1.78 million write down on office assets arising out of the Russian conflict.
It would be my assumption that this would be recoverable via insurance or compensation by Aid..

strangely you always forget to mention the debts/loans. 'As at December 31, 2021, the Company owes $949,000 under the Pelicourt loan. Mikhail Afendikov, the Companys former CEO, was a principal of Pelicourt. The Company made principal repayments of $900,000 on the Pelicourt loan during 2021 as compared to a principal repayment of $200,000 during 2020. The Pelicourt loan bears interest at 10.8% ...more

Nozziie, how do you respond to Cross19's allegation. If your financial analysis omitted debt, in your enthusiasm to prove your 'net worth' calculation to be correct, it will materially affect confidence in your calculations for years to come... and I will mention this omission on all the other boards on which you post.

All of that is included in the balance sheet. Dont forget that they received $10.6 million US for their Eastern Holdings sale . Not all of that was brought backwards to Q4.
