Not quite sure what you are saying. Technically, blue gas is gasoline or diesel that is a hydrocarbon fuel manufactured from hydrogen and carbon feedstocks instead of being refined from petroleum. so, blue gas will be produced by whomever acquires the RK field ?

my brother worked in a oil refinery---told me nat gas was made from waste products like benzine, propane and butane...the smelly stuff was Mercaptan oil--- removed at the refinery process..in the winter another light gas-- heptane was added
