Traded emails with Karen Winkler of Golden Minerals on Friday,  she is the investor relations contact and she said that AUMN is moving ahead with the JV with CCD on the Serita Este property.  So I would consider that good news as they must see something there worthwhile.  She also said The 2 Desierto concessions are subject to an option agreement with a third-party partial

Thanks for the update RareEarth! That could indeed be good news. I wonder what the JV will mean for CCD shareholders. Can't get much worse than 0.01 cents a share I guess...

I am certainly glad that Golden seems to be having some decent success within our property.  However as always "our" success never translates to success for WE shareholders.  The money just goes into the company coffers and is drawn down as salaries... let's just say for someone else...not us.  I would love to see Golden just buy the company lock stock and barrel and

Yup a sale to Golden would be nice. IPO on Jan 6 2005 was 0.40 CAD per share. Almost 20 years ago... I'd be pretty damn happy if it's anything close to that.

I suppose Golden can keep depositing a few hundred thousand dollars each year to string along the exploration and in doing so deposit money into the bank accounts of the principals leaving us with nothing.  Or they can decide that it has value for the long long term and they want to own it and they make a large enough offer that the same people decide that well maybe it's time to cash in
