THE LAST INSIDER BUY ACCORDING TO RECORDS I FOUND

January 20 2022 which is over 2 years ago . Obviously there is a problem with the company and its stock an that is why it rarely trades and insiders don't want to buy anymore shares in their own company.  That's a RED FLAG.
