Food for thought
Just to give you some perspective on how long deals can take to get done, the last 5 I have been involved with, including my own company all took over 1 year start to finish. Two were to private companies and 3 were to public companies. One was negotiated for 8 months with one of the largest life science companies in the world and ended up no sale but they came back over a year later to relook at things and bought it for 500M. My company took about 14 months start to finish after hiring a IB to get a deal done and was sold to a hedge fund.
Just recently a local tech company that I was a shareholder in for many years took 16 months to sell with starts and stops along the way. Another local company that I invested funds in years ago took about 15 months to sell two parts, one to Oracle and one to Nuance. It can be a long process start to finish and many times nothing happens and you need to kick start the process all over again.
So I would just relax, put the knives away and see how this plays out. Stop thinking the end of the world is around the corner. This company has a very valuable commodity that is only goint to get more valuable over time IMO. It has been only 6 months since the PEA has come out on Taron.

Fair enough, RE. So can I ask, is there a time for closing a deal beyond which we should start to worry? Fair question?
