Once those shares were donated, the charity recipients dumped them for Cash - they didn't want the damned shares, they wanted cash. CD fell off the cliff right after the private placement.

Cudney was sitting on $10 million paper profits, but reportedly lost money on his stake bought at the open market. He had held 6 million shares.

CEO Ulansky and CFO Jennifer made a killing on their options selling shares at over $5.0.
