Pappy. Dr. Fipke is a gentleman. If I was in charge of MTX and CD I would have fired Chad et al for selling into the PP @ $6.00. Yes Chad has been an apprentice since boyscouts. But after the initial couple of holes @ CD when they pulled readings of 30% zinc,lead and silver the mkt cap ran up tp almost a billion $,s. They could have scouted the co. for sale. But red flags appear when insiders are dumping 100% of their stock at a frantic pace. A buyer would ask why.? You have business men and you have employees. Some are just willing to take chump change( like OD) and can't see the big picture. Weak hands Pappy. Stayhard

Still curious about Chuck's decision to price significantly above the close. Maybe he's thumbing his nose at the shorts. By the way, I spoke with Chad this week who reiterated the road is not a concern.
