Why no NI-43-101??

Whether you agree or not, Chuck is within his fiduciary duty and good faith to not get it done under the "Business Judgment Rule" accorded by the courts to management.

Nobody knows what Chuck has found in North Rackla without an independent validation such as 43-101.  They need to do a bulk sample and bring in large equipment like excavators to dig up and estimate grade & tonnage. There is no access road through FNNND heritage land to their remote Alpine Werneke mountains site. Any complaints by shareholders will fall on Chuck's deaf ear.

Not exactly accurate, large equipment can be transported in by helicopter and large fixed wing aircraft. (dissassembled smaller components). How do you think they built out the internal road network. i.e.  K9 Bulldozers>>
