Does anyone know what is happening with this company after the spin-out? Is it just a shell company for now? There seems to be no news or updates from management.

They have announced a reverse split. Reverse splits rarely work. We will more than likely be back down to around .01 cent soon after the split so why do it? I hope I’m wrong but even if they do succeed us loyal shareholders will have lost a huge amount of our share count if they follow through with the split.

Teno is dropping now too. Announcements of reverse splits make people very upset and they tend to sell anything management has their fingers in. How did we get from over .20 to where this is now? If they do this split loyal shareholders will take the brunt of the fallout.
