is condensate natural gas......is this well all natural or there some oil in it.

It is a  gas condensate well.    Natural gas has associated with it 'NGLs or Natural Gas Liquids', some of which are in the gas phase at certain pressures and temperatures (such as Ethane, Propane, Butane...) but can be recovered with process facilities (Deep Cut; Refridgeration; etc.. )      These are all worth some nice $$ but you need a

Thanks for that explanation sand.  In light of that, then I would say this thing is worth at least 0.15.  Some co. are still in exploration phase and have a higher sp with alot more dilution than this one.
