Would'nt be surprised to see a PP at 0.10 or 0.12, imagine the ones that just bought at 0.20.

If management can't get $.15-$.20 in a PP, they should contact Celtic, Trioil and others one of who will eventually take CEX out in the $.30-$.50 range. Give them an ownership position. Management will not do a PP for under $.15 or they will show themselves as incompetent - which past experience shows they are not. stateside

Unfortunately the market is not on their side, look at many stocks that did a PP lately, they are all at the mercy of the lenders, they (or we, actually) will get washed. I could be wrong but from what I've witnessed lately...

Correct you are. Only the strong will survive. The ones with money are just waiting to scoop. QEC has 90 million cash in the bank and if CEX cannot come up with additional funding for the next well they may have to sell their soul to A devil with unfavourable terms for CEX.
