Contact and its partners secured three quarters of a section immediately adjacent to the section upon
which the 14-30 well was drilled, giving Contact at 25% working interest in 16.75 gross sections within the
original Kakwa lands. The Company was also able to selectively acquire an additional 8 (eight) 100%
working interest sections at Kakwa, bidding at Alberta Crown land sales, such that the Company now
holds 12.18 net sections prospective for Montney development. Contact plans to continue to aggressively
pursue development of these lands, adding reserves and what is expected to be a significant production
increase.
