Options

Management is exercizing lots of options and then selling.  Interesting....harbinger of !?! news?  Why sell acquired shares if things are hunky dory near term?   Sully and Harding just cashing in I suppose.

No big deal, mgmt just cashing in before they expire. Harding keeping profit in form of shares. Sully keeping some shares and profit taking. Something to watch but not worry about.

More often than not, when insiders exercise options, they usually sell all of the resulting shares. Note that these guys are selling some to pay for the option exercise, but are keeping some shares as well. To me, that is a positive.
