Congrats to holders and management. In addition to the heap-leach king Chester Miller, CGE also now has Alamos gold a a significant shareholder.  I will let these 2  speak for the project and I am sure they have both done siginifcant due diliegence. 

Also note "also granted Alamos the right to nominate up to two directors to the company's board of directors. Alamos has elected not to exercise such right at this time but retains the right to do so in the future"

Some balance to the board if necessary.

Pretty much the Chester Millar M.O. Start small do significant drilling over a couple of years. Do own drilling own assays keep info closely held! Start heap leach on small pilot scale... Bring in a Major for a look see! Prove that ore body is profitable Expand drilling and mining! Move to a proven resource...will require a lot of drilling! Sell to a  Major! a very methodical approach....I&
