They were late in submitting their financial reports. The last one they did submit had to do with last year only. So they were behind two consecutives financial reports. They could have lied since about everything. If they had no bad intention, they would have informed the investors about the situation. They did nothing. At the moment of the ceased order, they closed up their url: https://www.fanlogic.com/ along with with all the contacts info accociated with that url. Impossible to email them nor call them. They disapeared in the dust. Unfortunately, its more likely that they fooled people and stealed their shares. There`s very little chance we hear back from them. 
Always wacht companies financial reports. Its one of the only proof of their credibility... A lesson to learn!
