I believe a rs is inevitable.  There are just so many shares in circulation and the share price so low that even with a slight increase in sp you are talking about too high a percentage increase.

I usually agree with most things you post Whisky. There are two ways you can see stock price changing. If you view it as changing by a % you are correct, it does not matter. If you see it chaninging using dollars and cents, it does matter. A half cent increase at 3.5 cents is a way bigger deal before the same increase after a 20:1 reverse split.
