The other problem is that a Market Sale of just 300,000 shares on the -V would take the shareprice to 0 cents. So if any major shareholders want to cash out they will have to be very creative, to not tank the shareprice .
How is the Claritas Team and other big holders ever going to cash in their shares if it will further destroy the shareprice?
The whole theoretical reason for the Reverse Split was supposed to be share consolidation and a higher, more attractive shareprice of around .50 with a series of positive News releases.

I sure hope your prediction comes true. It is goes to zero I will buy the whole company for nothing! I love the technology.

Which technology? The R107 or liquid Nitric Oxide in general ?

I read the paper on R-107 from the University of Texas. This stuff walks on water.
