Thinking of "investing" in Cielo?

If you are you owe it to yourself to include in your due diligence the article from Seeking alpha dated May 21,2021 entitled,"Cielo Waste Solutions- Related party JV's mask financial vulnerability"

A couple of relevent quotes;
"Don Allan has a long history of peddling failed technologies in the energy sector" and, "Cielo claims it has funding through joint ventures with a related party known as Renewable U Energy whose founders concurrently ran Cielo investor relations in exchange for millions in Cielo Equity" (since cashed out btw)

With respect to, "Don Allan peddling failed technologies," do some research on Peace River Oil.

This company was promising earnings as early as 2014. The fact that the founder is now gone does not mean that this company is any less of a scam.

This is a "garbage" stock any way you look at it.
