Well I guess you can look at the glass as half full or half empty, if they closed with no requirement for the 45 million cash up front then they must see a bright future for the end product, I do belive that both CEO's stated that they were very excited about whats to come in the future on the last conference call so that was promising. Time will tell but at least things look more ...more
