Got my Notice of meeting today....Voted yes for all management and Auditor, and NO to the 10 % Rolling " Restricted stock options" and No to the Share Option Plan as I do vote on my other holldings.
I feel Management is being well renumerated, salary wise, so no need to to be paid extra million of dollars between them.
Please forgive me if I erred.
